The rumors about Tom Brady going to the Miami Dolphins might make for good headline material and talk show fodder, but Mike McDaniel says they are totally bogus.
McDaniel was asked on Monday about the Brady buzz. The new head coach called it “fake news” and said there have been zero discussions within the Dolphins organization about trying to acquire Brady.

Longtime Boston sports media personality Dale Arnold sent fans into a frenzy on Friday when he said Brady wants to play for Miami. The rumor has since been shot down by multiple well-known NFL reporters.
The Dolphins supposedly had a big plan to bring Brady to Miami earlier in the offseason. That was before they hired McDaniel and before Brian Flores filed his explosive lawsuit. Even if Dolphins owner Stephen Ross wanted Brady at one point, he has likely moved on.
