
Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Kendrick Norton was involved in a serious car accident on Wednesday night, and it does not sound like he will ever be able to play football again.
The Dolphins confirmed on Thursday morning that Norton was involved in a “serious car accident.” While multiple reports said it was not life-threatening, Andy Slater of SlaterScoops.com was told Norton had to have his arm amputated at the scene.
Unfortunate news: The overnight, rollover crash involving Dolphins DL Kendrick Norton resulted in paramedics having to amputate his left arm at the scene, multiple sources tell me.

Norton was drafted by the Panthers in the seventh round last year and landed with the Dolphins after not making the roster in Carolina. He played his college ball at Miami. Our thoughts are with him and his family.
