The busy NFL offseason continues with another trade.
The Atlanta Falcons acquired safety Sydney Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a swap of fourth and sixth-round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
The Eagle will get picks No. 114 and 197, while the Falcons get Brown and picks No. 122 and 215.

Brown is in the final year of his contract, and he figures to be a depth piece for the Falcons.
Brown was selected in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft by the Eagles after playing college football at Illinois. This past season, he had 17 tackles and made three starts.
The Eagles then signed two safeties to one-year deals right after the Brown trade, with Marcus Epps and J.T. Gray coming to town.

Brown was also involved in the fight in the game against the Dallas Cowboys in December 2024, and he was one of several players ejected.
It’s been a busy week for the NFL in the trade cycle. The Miami Dolphins traded wide receiver Jaylen Waddle to the Denver Broncos, and the following day, the Eagles acquired quarterback Andy Dalton in a trade with the Carolina Panthers.
