Jaguars coach Doug Marrone at a loss to explain team’s injury woes
The Jacksonville Jaguars have been hit hard by injuries to start training camp, and coach Doug Marrone no longer knows what to do about it.
Marrone said he’d gone as far as changing his philosophy to try to limit the number of injuries the Jaguars are suffering, and was clearly deflated with the news that two key players — wide receiver Marqise Lee and offensive lineman Cam Robinson — may not be ready for the start of the season.
Doug says, "I've done everything I possibly can. I've changed my philosophy. I've had to do it." Jokes that at this point #Jaguars could just simply do walkthroughs instead of practice. Seems like he doesn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Both players suffered significant injuries last year and are taking a while to return after initial optimism they’d be ready for the start of the regular season. They’re far from the only injured Jacksonville players, with the team sporting a massive injury list that contains key players like guard Andrew Norwell and cornerback A.J. Bouye.
