Duane Brown reportedly gets 3-year, $36.5 million extension from Seahawks
Duane Brown indicated this offseason that he was not worried about his contract status. That was for good reason.
The Seattle Seahawks took care of Brown and gave him a 3-year, $36.5 million extension, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.
For the #Seahawks and LT Duane Brown, it’s a 3-year extension worth $36.5M, source said. His second lucrative extension of his career.

Brown missed time at the start of last season due to a contract issue with the Houston Texans. He was eventually traded to the Seahawks, for whom he played 10 games. Seattle obviously liked what they saw, because they are keeping the soon-to-be 33-year-old around longer.
Brown has been named to four Pro Bowls during his 10-year career.
