Dwayne Haskins is looking pretty shredded this offseason
Dwayne Haskins looks like he has made some big physical changes this offseason.
Haskins said that he lowered his body fat percentage from 17 to 13 last season. He also said on Twitter in mid-May that he was down to 220 pounds from 230 pounds as a rookie and that he has now dropped 7 percent body fat.
A video of the Washington Redskins quarterback throwing to teammate Steven Simms Jr. was shared on Instagram recently. It’s tough to see, but Haskins looks to be in great shape.
Besides the fact that this throw is a dime, Dwayne Haskins looks like he’s in incredible shape. Physically, he looks like he’s about to put on a show this season. pic.twitter.com/Hr7DiNHgej

Haskins was taken No. 15 overall by Washington in the draft last year. He underwhelmed as a rookie, completing 58.6 percent of his passes for 1,365 passing yards, 7 touchdowns and 7 interceptions on a bad team.
Washington has a long way to go to improve, and Haskins’ development will be central to that goal.
