Eric Wood claims he gained 7.4 pounds on Thanksgiving
Like millions of others across America, Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Eric Wood gained some weight on Thursday. The difference between Wood and most of us is that the veteran center knows exactly how many pounds he packed on when he strapped on a Thanksgiving feedbag.
Apparently Wood and his family have started a new tradition that my wife would slap me for if I ever suggested our family should do it. He weighed himself on the way in and out of his Thanksgiving gathering.
New Thanksgiving tradition I suggest adapting: weigh in when you arrive and leave. Tough to see but I gained 7.4 pic.twitter.com/8omkKsterw

That’s impressive. They say you should buy about 1 1/2 pound of turkey per person on Thanksgiving if you want plenty of leftovers. I’m guessing those numbers don’t apply in the Wood household.
