Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley does not have to worry about losing his job this year, and one report indicates he is safe through at least next season as well.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Jaguars understand they need to be patient while rebuilding and have no intention of evaluating their head coach in the near future. Unless Jacksonville fails to win another game this season and shows no improvement in 2016, Bradley is not going anywhere.
No one thought the #Jags would rebuild in 3 years after what may have been the worst roster in @NFL history. Barring 1-15, Bradley is back

Bradley became the head coach of the Jags in 2013, and he has a record of 8-30 since taking over. However, he inherited a horrible roster and had to basically start from scratch. Blake Bortles, who was a Bradley draft pick in 2014, is starting to make progress. Second-year receivers Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns have provided Jacksonville with a consistent downfield passing game.
Firing a head coach is not always the answer to turning things around. Plenty of NFL teams pull the plug too early and end up hurting themselves in the long run. It would be wise of the Jaguars to stay the course and not become another one of those teams.
