Police body cam footage has emerged of San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York’s arrest in Ohio for trying to solicit a prostitute.
In the video, a surprised York is pulled over by police in East Palestine, Ohio after being caught in a sting. York is handcuffed, and asks police what they are doing as they arrest him. The Niners owner also claims he was “just driving” in the area.
One of the officers involved in the arrest is baffled by York’s actions, especially after finding a stack of $20 bills in York’s vehicle.
“It’s crazy, the people that do this. They could do whatever they want,” the officer says.

York was arrested early Sunday after going to a trailer park to meet up with what he believed was a prostitute. He allegedly paid $140 for the encounter, though he never actually reached his destination.
York was initially charged with engaging in prostitution, but ultimately pled no contest to the lesser charge of disorderly conduct as part of a plea deal. The NFL is investigating whether the incident warrants additional discipline.
