Jim Schwartz was never one to watch his words when he was a head coach, so his comments about the arrest of Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham for carrying a loaded gun into an airport are not too surprising.
Though Schwartz praised Bradham for being trustworthy, a good teammate and hard working, he blasted the linebacker for the stupidity of carrying a loaded gun in his backpack at an airport.

Schwartz is now the defensive coordinator for the Eagles, so we don’t get to hear from him as often as we did when he was head coach of the Lions. Back then, he had words for Rob Ryan, Jim Harbaugh, and he even got into it with Dez Bryant.
His comments about Bradham are harsh, but par for the course with Schwartz.
