Joe Flacco unlikely to return for Week 12
It looks unlikely that Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco will be able to return next week.
Flacco, who is dealing with a hip injury, didn’t play Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. According to coach John Harbaugh, his prognosis for next Sunday against the Oakland Raiders doesn’t look much better.

This would be Flacco’s second consecutive absence, which fits with the original reporting as to how long he might be out. That puts Lamar Jackson in line to get another start against Oakland, and it seems likely that the Ravens will lean on the same run-heavy approach they used to beat the Bengals to try and win that game, too.
