Los Angeles Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa has been ruled out for Week 1.
Bosa was spotted in a walking boot on Friday, initially casting serious doubt on whether he’ll be able to participate in the Week 1 tilt against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chargers soon announced Bosa would miss the game.
Bosa went from likely to be ready to a major doubt very quickly. The reason is Bosa suffered a new injury on Wednesday.
Chargers DE Joey Bosa is week-to-week with a foot injury.
He hurt his left foot on Aug. 7 and missed the preseason, but that injury healed. Suffered a different injury to the same foot on Wednesday.
