Two players exited Thursday night’s Rams-Seahawks game minutes apart to be examined for concussions after taking big hits.
First it was Rams QB Jared Goff leaving the game to be examined after taking this hard hit by Richard Sherman. Then it was Seattle punter Jon Ryan getting medical attention after he was nailed on this fake punt:

Ryan may have called his own number by running a fake punt late in the game, and it appeared to be working great. The punter had a clear path up the field and was sprinting for a huge gain until he lost control of the football, fumbled and got hit hard in the head.
Ryan lay face-down on the turf in Seattle after getting hurt and received medical attention. He was taken into the locker room for further concussion examination.
Ryan should have learned from what happened the last time that he shouldn’t be running fakes anymore.
