According to Field Yates of ESPN, Gordon signed his restricted free agent tender on Tuesday, ensuring that he would remain with the Patriots no matter what.

Gordon was due to be a restricted free agent. New England could have let him walk, but they opted not to do so, even though he’s currently suspended and has no guarantees of being reinstated ahead of the 2019 season.
