Panthers cornerback Josh Norman has been fined for two separate incidents in Sunday’s game against the Giants, according to reports.
Norman received two fines, an $8,681 one for a facemask and $17,363 for a headshot on Odell Beckham Jr., according to ESPN contributor Jarrett Bell. That’s a total of $26,044 in fines.
ESPN reports that Norman intends to appeal his fine, backing what he told Mike & Mike on ESPN Radio Monday morning.
Norman gets off easier than Beckham here. The Giants receiver was handed a one game suspension for his role in the repeated tussles with the Panthers’ star corner.
