Josh Norman and Odell Beckham Jr. are not exactly the best of friends, so it was no surprise to see the Carolina Panthers cornerback omit Beckham from his list when asked to name his top five wide receivers in the league.
Norman joined NFL Network’s “All Access” on Friday and was asked to share who he thought were the best five receivers in the league.
He gave a nod to his Panthers teammate Kelvin Benjamin for one, but the other four he named were Julio Jones, Dez Bryant, Antonio Brown and AJ Green.
“This is my top five, alright? I don’t know if he would put me on his — I really don’t care — but this is my top five,” Norman said in justifying his order.
“So this is what I see. If he wants to get up there, do something to show me. Shoot, man, I played it, I saw it. I don’t know, I just didn’t think that. But he’s working there. I think he’s definitely a top 10. He’s working in the top-five bracket. Maybe if I play him again, he’ll show me different.”
The beef between Beckham and Norman reignited over social media after Norman described Beckham as “OK” in a separate TV appearance.
.@KristenBalboni asked @Panthers star Josh Norman to sum up @OBJ_3 in one word.
HE even laughed at his own answer.https://t.co/gTw5UZeBE1

That led to this response from Beckham on Twitter:
That boy should thank me for all I've done for you !!! Your welcome tho … Lol

None of this trash talk should be surprising to those who have been following the beef between the players. It all goes back to their game in late December where Norman and Beckham fought multiple times.
