Josh Rosen gives boldest, cockiest quote of the draft
Josh Rosen had a reputation entering the draft for being cocky and unafraid to speak his mind. He held with that theme after being selected No. 10 overall by the Arizona Cardinals.
Rosen spoke with the media after being picked and said he was “pissed off” about being the fourth quarterback taken. But his truly bold comment was saying “there were nine mistakes ahead of me.”

That is a quote that will be remembered by many. You say something like that and you better live up to it.
Rosen also kept mentioning “motivated” as his big word after slipping in the draft. He continued to say he was “motivated” to do well and prove people wrong. He said as much on Twitter.
Motivated beyond words…let’s go win championships, @AZCardinals. #BeRedSeeRed

We knew based on this video that Rosen had a chip on the shoulder entering the league. That has been confirmed. Now he’ll be competing with Sam Bradford and Mike Glennon on the Cardinals’ depth chart.
