Chiefs’ Kendall Fuller may return this season after wrist surgery
Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Kendall Fuller underwent wrist surgery this weekend, but it isn’t necessarily season-ending.
Coach Andy Reid confirmed the surgery on Monday, but referred to it as a short-term issue and wouldn’t even rule out the chances of him returning immediately.

Fuller played through the wrist injury during last Thursday’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. The Chiefs, who have struggled defensively all season, can ill-afford to lose Fuller for any extended period of time, especially with a playoff run looming. It sounds like they might get lucky in that regard.
