The #Redskins’ deal for Landon Collins is a 6-year deal worth $84M with $45M guaranteed and paid out over the first three years, source said. From the #Giants to their rival.

That’s a huge deal for Collins, and one that will excite his fellow safeties in setting the market. His old team, the New York Giants, opted not to tag him at just over $11 million. It worked out for Collins, who will get a better average annual value of $14 million per year. The Giants will now have to face him as a division rival twice a year instead.
