Larry Fitzgerald: Carson Palmer, Bruce Arians retirements will not impact decision
There’s a lot of upheaval around the Arizona Cardinals this offseason, and there could be more to come.
Arizona wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald is considering retirement, and coach Bruce Arians and quarterback Carson Palmer have already called it quits. Despite that, Fitzgerald said their decisions would not impact his own choice.

The 34-year-old considered retirement a year ago, when Arians and Palmer were both returning. It’s just been on his mind for a while. By his own admission, there’s a far more important factor in his thinking that could ultimately return whether he comes back or not.
