Watch: Malcolm Jenkins conducts media session with signs about social injustice
Philadelphia Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins said he would find new ways to protest in light of recent events stirred by the NFL and President Trump, and he has done so.
On Wednesday, Jenkins conducted his session with the media using only large signs that detailed reasons behind protests and outlining some of the initiatives the Eagles — and Colin Kaepernick — have taken to fight injustice, opening with one that simply read “you aren’t listening.”

Jenkins was responding after the Eagles were uninvited from the White House under the guise of disrespecting the national anthem, even though no players knelt last season. It was a decision met with wide outcry from other figures in sports. Jenkins clearly felt that this was a good way to cut through the noise and raise attention where he wants it raised.
