Watch: Colts’ Malik Hooker halts drive with one-handed interception in end zone
Indianapolis Colts safety Malik Hooker made what may have been the play of the game Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Chargers were driving in the 4th quarter with an eight point lead, and even a field goal would have made it very difficult for the Colts to come back. Enter Hooker, who ghosted across the middle and picked off quarterback Philip Rivers one-handed while on the run.

Whether the Colts win or not, Hooker’s play was both spectacular and important, as it kept Indianapolis in the game. The 23-year-old safety is entering his third NFL season, and this was his sixth career pick. He could be in line for a big year.
