Report: Many teams uninterested in Dez Bryant at any price
Dez Bryant’s revenge tour is having a tough time getting off the ground.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter via Michael David Smith of ProFootballTalk, Bryant isn’t attracting a lot of interest on the free agent market. In fact, the report states that there are “far more” teams who aren’t even willing to sign Bryant for the league minimum than there are teams that would consider signing him at all.
One factor may be Bryant’s demands. He reportedly wants a one-year prove-it deal so badly that he turned down a multi-year offer to keep looking. If this reporting is true, that looks like a decision that could backfire on the receiver. It may also be a sign that there are teams out there that just don’t see Bryant as being worth the salary he’d probably command.
