Former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marcus Spears went hunting for ducks on Tuesday morning. When he informed his Twitter followers of what he was doing, he had an embarrassing run-in with autocorrect. Some of you probably know where this is going.
Here’s a retweet that shows what Spears initially wrote before deleting it:
Autocorrect takes another life #DUCK RT @mspear96: Dick time!!! Whackem

To his credit, Spears found the typo to be hilarious. And yes, he really was going out hunting for ducks.

Much like the time Tony Dungy had a hilarious run-in with autocorrect, we’re left wondering why Spears’ phone corrected a word like “duck” and made it “dick.” Shouldn’t it be the other way around? Maybe he just typed it wrong.
