Marquise Goodwin had to be carted off the field on Sunday after taking a hit to the head from Blake Countess in the
second quarter of the San Francisco 49ers-Los Angeles Rams game.
Goodwin was nailed by Countess while going across the middle to try and make a catch in the red zone:

Goodwin was down on the field after the hit and received attention from the medical staff. He was able to stand up and then gave two thumbs up as he was carted off, which were positive signs.

Goodwin had two catches for 28 yards and a touchdown before the hit. Countess will probably be looking at at least a fine for his play.
