
Beast Mode is back in Seattle!
Marshawn Lynch has officially signed with the Seahawks. His agent shared a photo of the contract as proof of the deal, which was consummated on Monday night.

The contract covers the rest of this season, including the postseason. It does not go beyond that, according to Adam Schefter.
Lynch last played for Seattle in 2015, then took a year off, and played the last two seasons for Oakland. He is now 33 but averaged 4.2 yards per carry in six games last season.
The Seahawks were desperate for running back help after losing Chris Carson and CJ Prosise to injuries on Sunday. They have since added two former running backs — Robert Turbin, and Lynch. Lynch should be ready to play on Sunday against San Francisco with the division title on the line.
