Matt Forte planning to sign one-day contract to retire with Bears
Matt Forte is hanging up his cleats, but he will be signing one more contract before doing so.
Forte told NBC Chicago Monday that he will sign a one-day contract with the Chicago Bears to retire as a member of the team where he enjoyed his most success.

Forte also shared his intentions on his Instagram account:
The 32-year-old running back was a second-round pick by the Bears in 2008. He rushed for 8,602 yards and 45 touchdowns with the team, along with 4,116 receiving yards and 19 receiving touchdowns. Forte made two Pro Bowls during his 10-year career.
