There is a new era in Green Bay being led by Matt LaFleur, and the first-time head coach is excited about his opportunity to lead a team.
LaFleur sent a tweet on Monday after his first day of spring workouts saying how honored he was to lead the team.
It was an honor to stand in front of this great group of men today for the first time. We are excited to get work. #GoPackGo #Packers pic.twitter.com/K99ruJt13p

LaFleur definitely seems optimistic about his opportunity.
The 39-year-old has been an offensive assistant coach for most of his coaching career. He has served as a quarterbacks coach and then became an offensive coordinator, working for the Rams in 2017 and the Titans last season. His connections to Sean McVay played a big role in his attractiveness to the Packers.
The Packers will begin the 2019 season with a new head coach after being led by Mike McCarthy the past 13 seasons. Fans are looking forward to the change.
