Mike Zimmer took note of Vikings being left out of playoff promo video
The Minnesota Vikings are entering Sunday’s playoff game against the New Orleans Saints as a nine-point underdog, and barely anyone is picking them to pull off the upset in a hostile road environment. Mike Zimmer is undoubtedly planning to use that to motivate his team.
On Monday, Zimmer told reporters that he is well aware very few people are giving the Vikings a chance to beat New Orleans. When asked why he thinks that, Zimmer noted that the NFL released a playoff hype video that did not include his team.
Zimmer: “This is a game nobody believes we can win.”
MZ: “They just had a NFL preview video and didn’t include us.”
While I understand #Vikings being an underdog in this game there absolutely are some things they will do that will be problematic for New Orleans

The Philadelphia Eagles didn’t make the cut, either, but at least the producers could claim they weren’t officially in the playoffs until Sunday evening. The Vikings clinched a spot in Week 16, so there’s really no excuse to leave them out.
Kirk Cousins has a tendency to play poorly in big games, and that recently gave Aaron Rodgers an opportunity to take a shot at Vikings fans. There would be no better time to shed that reputation than on the road in New Orleans, but that will be no easy task.
