Miko Grimes

Miko Grimes was having a pretty quiet season, but that all changed on Thursday after news emerged that her family owes the IRS nearly $200,000.

News outlets reported that Grimes, whose husband Brent played cornerback for the Miami Dolphins and is now with the Tampa Bay Bucs, has a $191,470.70 tax lien filed against them by the IRS. One outlet that reported the news was the Miami Herald, and apparently Miko didn’t like some of what Adam Beasley said in the article.

Beasley turned the story into a recap of some of what Miko did while husband Brent played for the Dolphins. Here’s what he said:

Grimes spent three successful years with the Dolphins, earning a spot on their 50th anniversary all-time team. But the Dolphins cut him in March due to declining play and the foul-mouthed behavior of his wife.

Miko Grimes created waves within the locker room for her vulgar criticism of Ryan Tannehill. She torched the Dolphins on the way out of town and the criticism continued even after she moved west up Interstate 75.

Miko took offense to Beasley’s article and sent some tweets about it. The vulgar tweets have been censored for foul language:

As nasty as those tweets from Miko were, they don’t even scratch the surface of her worst ones. These racist tweets she sent over the summer were her worst.
