If you’re a regular viewer of Sunday Night Football on NBC, you know about the traditional introductions in which players introduce themselves and state their college. You also know that Ohio State alumni unfailingly introduce themselves as being from The Ohio State University. On Sunday night’s telecast, a few Carolina players had some fun with that custom.
First, Thomas Davis introduced himself as being from “The University of Georgia,” while Charles Tillman followed with “The University of Louisiana.” Kurt Coleman, an actual Ohio State alum, was next.

The Panthers started four Ohio State players on Sunday, so these guys definitely knew what they were doing by adding the emphasis.
Naturally, several Ohio State fans on Twitter didn’t approve of this.
