Panthers TE appeared to be knocked unconscious after huge collision
Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble had a huge collision on Sunday that appeared to leave him briefly unconscious.
Tremble caught a pass from Andy Dalton on third down late in the first half of Carolina’s game against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field in Chicago, Ill. As Tremble was trying to lower his head and get to the first-down marker, Bears defensive back Jaquan Brisker went low to make the tackle. The two ended up making helmet-to-helmet contact, and Tremble fumbled the ball after his body appeared to go limp.

The hit from Brisker did not look dirty, as he had already started his tackle when Tremble lowered his head. It was actually Tremble who initiated the helmet-to-helmet contact, even if he seemed to take the worst of the collision.
Tremble left the game and was evaluated for a concussion.
