Patrick Chung exited the field early in the second half of the Super Bowl after suffering an arm injury.
Chung went in for a tackle on a first down run by the Los Angeles Rams and instantly grabbed his right arm. He was on the field and received medical attention, with his arm being placed in an air cast.
A cart came out for the New England Patriots safety, who ended up walking off the field and into the tunnel.
