Patrick Mahomes appears to be trending towards a Week 10 start for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Mahomes had a full practice on Wednesday, according to the team’s published injury report. This marked the first time since suffering a knee injury in a Thursday night win over the Broncos in Week 7 that Mahomes has had a full practice.
Mahomes missed the Chiefs’ Week 8 and 9 games, both of which Matt Moore started. The team went 1-1 in those games, losing to the Packers and beating the Vikings.
The reigning league MVP is not putting up the same insane stats from last season, but he has passed for 2,180 yards, 15 touchdowns and 5 interceptions this season. Kansas City is 6-3 and leading the AFC West. They will visit the Titans on Sunday.
