Patriots 1st-round pick Isaiah Wynn taken away on cart with ankle injury
The New England Patriots began their second preseason game with an injury scare.
First-round pick Isaiah Wynn was carted into the locker room on Thursday with what the team called an ankle injury.

Wynn was initially examined in the medical tent on the field at Gillette Stadium. A cart was called out to transport him from the field to the locker room.

Wynn, a right tackle, was the No. 23 overall pick in the draft out of Georgia.
