Report: Raiders believe Antonio Brown will be at camp in coming days
The Oakland Raiders don’t seem to be taking Antonio Brown’s threats of retirement too serious when it comes to the ongoing controversy about being allowed to wear his helmet.
According to Vic Tafur of The Athletic, the Raiders anticipate Brown returning to camp within a matter of days regardless of the helmet resolution. The team has been in contact with Brown and continues to send him alternate helmets to try out.

Brown reportedly threatened to retire if the NFL did not allow him to wear the helmet he’d worn throughout his time in the league, which is no longer NFL-approved. The Raiders, at the very least, don’t seem to be giving that threat a whole lot of wait, even as they wait on a resolution to Brown’s grievance.
