Ray-Ray Armstrong accused of barking at police dog
Ray-Ray Armstrong is the Oakland Raiders player who is accused of taunting a police dog at Heinz Field last weekend, according to a report.
We previously shared that a Raiders player was being investigated for allegedly taunting an Allegheny County police dog prior to Sunday’s Steelers-Raiders game. WTAE’s Marcie Cipriani reports that the player in question is Armstrong, a third-year linebacker. Armstrong is accused of pounding his chest and barking at the dog:

Police reportedly have video they are investigating. Taunting a police dog is a third-degree felony.
