Rob Gronkowski claims he was not actually naked while shooting a highly-anticipated magazine spread recently that will soon hit the shelves.
Gronkowski joined “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Thursday night and discussed his racy GQ photoshoot. One particular photo that has been making the rounds appears to show the New England Patriots tight end flashing his junk to swimsuit model Hailey Clauson. It sure looked like Gronk was naked, but he claims he was somewhat covered up.
“I had this Speedo on,” he said. “It was so uncomfortable. I would have rather been nude because the Speedo was so uncomfortable, so tight. I never wear anything like that. I had it pulled up and they kept getting mad and were like, ‘Pull it down a little bit.’ They had me pull down the Speedo like an inch so my crack was showing.”
Gronk says that portion of the shoot only took about 20 seconds. There was one other photo that cannot be explained by a Speedo being pulled down an inch, but Kimmel didn’t ask about that one. You can see all of the GQ photos here.
Gronkowski has supposedly been dating this former Pats cheerleader for over a year, so she would probably prefer if he had a Speedo on. Even if he was naked frolicking around with a gorgeous model, it was just business — right Rob?
