Robert Kraft sends Brandon Browner Super Bowl ring with nice personal note
With his physicality, airtight coverage, and big-playmaking ability, cornerback Brandon Browner was a huge difference-maker on the Patriots defense during their Super Bowl run last season. Browner, who signed with the Saints on a three-year deal this offseason, finally received his championship ring in the mail on Thursday and shared it on social media. The ring also came attached with a heartwarming personal note from New England owner Robert Kraft.

Kraft’s handwritten note read: “I’m truly sorry you left us. You were one of my favorites in the locker room.”
While the Patriots owner has been know to play politics in the past, nevertheless, the note was still a nice, genuine, and warm gesture, especially for a player who only spent one season in Foxboro.
The Super Bowl XLIX ring now makes two rings in two consecutive years for the 30-year-old Browner, who also won Super Bowl XLVIII as a member of the Seattle Seahawks last year.
Browner will go for the three-peat with New Orleans next season, and if the team’s official Twitter account is any indication, they are feeling confident in their chances.
Goal is to get you a ring for the third straight year‼️ https://t.co/nEhNyngiiD

The Saints will have their fair share of question marks with quarterback Drew Brees in steady decline and red-zone grizzly bear Jimmy Graham now in Seattle. But fellow newbie CJ Spiller should fit like a glove in the New Orleans offense as a pass-catching back. Plus, Browner is slated to form a fearsome trio with Kenny Vaccaro and a healthy Jairus Byrd in the secondary. The team should be poised to make some noise in the NFC and give Browner a shot at the elite trifecta.
