A Louisiana homecoming could be in the tea leaves for free agent wide receiver Rueben Randle.
According to a report by Sean Fazende of WVUE FOX 8 News on Tuesday, Randle, who was born and raised in Bastrop, Louisana and attended college at LSU, is working out for the New Orleans Saints.

The 25-year-old Randle was signed to a one-year deal by the Philadelphia Eagles in March but was released in August. He caught 57 passes for 797 yards and eight touchdowns for the New York Giants in 2015.
To this point, Randle’s NFL career has largely been hampered by drops and inconsistency. But he’s still young enough to turn things and could find his niche on a New Orleans team well known for having one of the most pass-heavy offenses in the entire league.
