At 47 years old, Ryan Leaf looks in even better shape than he was during his playing career.
The infamous former NFL quarterback Leaf posted a workout video to social media over the weekend and looked almost unrecognizable in it. Leaf’s video showed that he has slimmed down considerably. Leaf added in the caption that he is now down to 218 pounds and a mere 7.5 percent body fat.

For reference, Leaf was officially listed at 245 pounds during his NFL career, which ended over two decades ago. He has since transitioned into a second act as an analyst and often makes headlines with his football hot takes.
While Leaf will forever be known as one of the biggest draft busts in sports history, he at least has a good enough sense of humor to regularly poke fun at himself. With the kind of shape that Leaf is in these days though, there isn’t nearly as much material there any more.
