Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill chose to undergo season-ending knee surgery last August in order to assure he would be ready to go at the start of 2018, and early indications are that the decision has paid off.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Tannehill is expected to be a full participant in organized team activities and will have no limitations.
#Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill, who has recovered nicely from a torn ACL, will participate in OTAs today. He’s going to do everything, I’m told. A very good sign for his progress in rehab.

Tannehill originally suffered a partially-torn ACL late in the 2016 season, and he opted for stem-cell therapy and rehab rather than going under the knife. His knee then buckled while he was running during training camp last year, so he decided to have surgery.
There were some questions before the draft about whether or not the Dolphins were thinking about life after Tannehill, but the fact that they did not take a QB means they must be comfortable with where Tannehill is at in his recovery.
