Ryan Tannehill has stem cells banked in Cayman Islands
If advancements in the medical field of stem cells continue, Ryan Tannehill may be in a good place.
Tannehill confirmed on Tuesday that he has some stem cells banked in the Cayman Islands. According to Miami Herald reporter Barry Jackson, the stem cells were banked for Tannehill’s future use whether in recovery from injury or to improve his quality of life in the future.
Ryan Tannehill confirms, for the first time, that he has stem cells banked in the Grand Cayman Islands to use, if needed, to "improve my quality of life" or help him heal from future injuries. Had advanced stem cell treatment at Regenexx Cayman in 2017, after knee injury.

Tannehill had stem cell treatment after his knee injury in 2017. The Miami Dolphins quarterback missed three games in 2016 with a knee injury and all of last season after tearing his ACL in practice. He has dealt with a shoulder injury that caused him to miss five games this season.
Reports have said that Tannehill’s future with the Dolphins is uncertain.
