Sam Bradford ruled out for Week 4 against Lions
Sam Bradford has not practiced this week as he continues to recover from a knee injury, and the Minnesota Vikings quarterback is going to miss at least one more game.
Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said Thursday that Bradford’s condition is improving but he will not be ready for Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions.
Sam Bradford (knee) is out Sunday. Mike Zimmer: "He's feeling better, he's just not ready to play."

Case Keenum, who played extremely well in a 34-17 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last weekend, will make his third consecutive start for Minnesota.
Bradford has reportedly been dealing with a bone bruise in his left knee — the same knee in which he tore his ACL back in 2013 and again in 2014. While bone bruises can be quite painful, he is reportedly not dealing with any ligament damage. He seems like he is trending toward being able to play in Week 5, but we’ll have to wait and see.
