The Seattle Seahawks probably won’t be caving on Kam Chancellor’s holdout any time soon.
NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport says Seahawks GM John Schneider has the support of his owner, Paul Allen, in the situation. Allen is described as a typically hands-off owner who has been apprised of all matters concerning Chancellor’s contract situation.
A report from Pro Football Talk says the sides have not talked since Sept. 8. They are said to be $900,000 apart on Chancellor’s salary for 2016, which doesn’t seem like much, especially considering that Chancellor has lost over $2 million in fines and pay.

The Seahawks said nothing had changed despite losing their first game to St. Louis, but if they start 0-2, they might begin to feel differently.
