Seahawks savagely trolled Lions in locker room after win
The Seattle Seahawks were more than happy to hit CJ Gardner-Johnson and the Detroit Lions with the Uno reverse card after Sunday’s win.
Seattle got their first victory of the season on the road in Detroit during Week 2. While they needed overtime to do so, the Seahawks walked it off in exciting fashion with a game-winning touchdown catch by Tyler Lockett to seal the 37-31 win.
After the game, Seahawks safety Jerrick Reed II went live on Instagram from the locker room and was seen in a blue ski mask. Check out the video.

That was certainly no coincidence from Reed. Before Sunday’s game, Lions safety CJ Gardner-Johnson requested that Detroit’s fans show up wearing blue ski masks. Gardner-Johnson took the field in a blue mask prior to the Lions’ Week 1 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs and was hoping that it would catch on with the fans as well. The rallying cry worked to an extent — countless Detroit fans showed up to Sunday’s game in blue masks, having either bought them online or from vendors outside the stadium. The only problem? The Lions forgot to win the game.
Seattle’s victory did not come without controversy as some believed that they got away with a penalty on the game-winning score. But it counts as a W either way (and also a big blow to Gardner-Johnson’s mask movement).
