Terrell Owens was in the process of divorcing Rachel Snider for much, much, much longer than he was married to her, but that process has officially come to an end.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a judge finalized the divorce between Owens and Snider on Dec. 17. And T.O. isn’t hiding his emotions.
“Not to be mean or negative but I’m honestly glad it’s over with,” he told TMZ. “I’m no longer associated with that person. I learned my lesson and my life is in a much happier place.”
There was no spousal support awarded and the property split is confidential. Believe it or not, Snider was actually seeking alimony at one point. Owens and Snider got married in a secret ceremony almost two years ago, and they were separated less than two weeks later. Things have gotten very ugly since.
For starters, Snider thinks Owens only married her for money. We know T.O. has had some financial problems, but he insists that was never the case.
More recently, Snider said the divorce was taking so long to finalize because the couple was trying to sell a home that they purchased together. The tension in their relationship became clear when Owens and Snider had an explosive Twitter fight over Owens being on a wife swap show.
