Houston Texans right tackle Chris Clark is playing through an ankle injury in the AFC Divisional Round playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
Clark exited the game early in the first quarter and went into the medical tent for an injury issue. He was back out on the field for the Texans’ second offensive possession of the game.
CBS’ Tracy Wolfson reported that Clark had his ankle taped up before returning. Roderick Johnson was filling in for Clark while he was out.
In addition to Clark, Wolfson reported that Deshaun Watson was having his hand worked on.
Clark, 34, was signed midseason by Houston as replacements for Tytus Howard and Seantrel Henderson. He appeared in eight regular season games and made seven starts for the team.
