This is Torry Holt’s Actual Finger (Picture)

Although I have gathered that this is somewhat old news, I’m sharing it anyway because there are probably others out there like me who have never seen it. It is something we all need to witness. The above photo features Torry Holt’s finger in its natural position. Apparently he popped it out of its socket several times over his long and successful career. A few years back, it became dislocated and never returned to its proper position.  Now, Torry just goes with it.

Is there any possible way this can not be painful?  How does one catch a football with their finger permanently in that position?  It looks like it’s a strong breeze away from snapping off.  I think I speak for all of us when I say I will pray for Holt’s demented finger.  May it cling to life for as long as he lives.

If he ever needs to, he can get it removed like this guy did with his toe. What does he need a mangled finger for anyway?
