As if losing to the New England Patriots on Saturday wasn’t bad enough, the Tennessee Titans sustained a tough injury in the defeat.
All-Pro right tackle Jack Conklin left the game with a knee injury and did not return. The Titans revealed on Sunday that Conklin has a torn ACL.
Due to the nature of his injury and the projected recovery time, Titans head coach Mike Mularkey said that Conklin was a candidate to begin next season on the PUP list.

Mularkey: Jonnu Smith torn MCL, should be good in six weeks. Conklin a PUP candidate in summer. #Titans

Conklin was the No. 8 overall pick by Tennessee in 2016 and was named All-Pro as a rookie.
